We are a small, friendly company with many years of biotech industry experience, both in sales and service, and therefore can offer a first class sales, service and support facility to the many customers who are looking for a professional solution to their service and maintenance requirements. Bio Support Services sells the GFL & other suppliers range of incubators, fermentors, centrifuges, mixers, baths, shakers, freezers, freezer racking and other equipment for the Biotechnology Industry and are experienced in sourcing 'packages'.

We are a dedicated team of people, all highly customer focused, who can offer that little bit extra that you can't find elsewhere. We believe in going that extra mile for our customers, rather than just offering a standard package. We tailor our abilities and expertise to your requirements and aim to give the best possible service at a reasonable price.

We are one of a very few independent companies in the UK that can offer factory trained, highly specialised service engineers to maintain, service and repair New Brunswick Scientific equipment, we can also offer highly trained engineers for other manufacturers equipment, and can provide service agreements for a variety of instruments at competitive rates.
